The passthrough blending is the main issue. The performer doesn't convincingly sit IN your space; instead, she feels like she's floating slightly above or in front of it. Scale is inconsistent, sometimes she reads as life-sized, other times there's that uncanny "giant woman in my room" vibe that breaks immersion. The camera distance is too far back overall, which defeats the intimacy you'd want from a seated performer.
