Petite Passion After Shower [Passthrough]

Petite Passion After Shower is SLR's attempt at a full passthrough mixed-reality scene, and it's got solid bones but stumbles on execution. The premise is simple, performer fresh from the shower, already in your space, which should be intimate and immersive. On Quest 3, the passthrough feed is clean and the performer composites into your room reasonably well, but there are enough technical quirks here that keep it from being the seamless experience passthrough promises.

Video quality is crisp, and the post-shower framing works visually. The real issue is scale and camera positioning. The performer sits at a reasonable distance most of the time, which avoids that awkward "giant in your living room" feeling that plagues some passthrough content. Audio is adequate but unremarkable, some subtle room tone and breathing would've sold the "she's actually here" vibe better. The passthrough blending itself is the main draw, and while it doesn't have any glaring artifacts or stitching problems, it also doesn't feel quite convincing. There's still that uncanny sense of "layered video" rather than true presence.

I noticed some odd animation choices, specifically, the performer's body physics feel exaggerated and unnatural in ways that break immersion. There's also an obvious gap worth pointing out: if you're doing full passthrough, why isn't everything composited? Leaving certain elements traditional while others are passthrough creates an inconsistent experience.

This scene works best if you're curious about SLR's passthrough tech and want to see where they're headed. It's not a must-watch, but it's worth a download if you have a subscription and like experimenting with the mixed-reality format. Solo scene, intimate framing, clean production, just not quite there yet on the immersion front.
