Passthrough AR scenes are still finding their footing, and this one feels like an early experiment. The concept is straightforward: a performer appears in your actual room, strips from a leather bodysuit to skin. On paper, that's the core appeal of passthrough, the illusion of someone actually being in your space. In practice, this scene struggles with the fundamentals that make that illusion work.

The passthrough blending is the critical issue here. The performer doesn't integrate convincingly into the room environment, there's a noticeable halo or separation between her and the background, which breaks immersion immediately. On Quest 3, the camera pass-through feed is clean enough, but the compositing feels flat and unconvincing, like she's been pasted in rather than actually occupying the space. The scale also reads oddly; she doesn't consistently feel life-sized or properly grounded to the floor, which is a common problem with early passthrough work but still a significant one. The camera distance varies awkwardly, sometimes feeling too close, sometimes pulling back in ways that don't feel natural.

Audio is minimal, mostly breathing and ambient sound, which works for the format but doesn't add much.
